Our company was founded by three people who believe construction should be personal, honest, and well organized.

Oleksandr Khudchenko and Serhii Ilchenko are responsible for all on-site work. With years of hands-on experience, they focus on quality craftsmanship, safety, and doing the job right the first time. They are the ones you see on site every day, turning plans into real results.

Sofiia Khudchenko manages everything else behind the scenes - client communication, scheduling, planning, and project coordination. This ensures that every detail is organized, questions are answered promptly, and the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish.
